PhD Description
The PhD program in Business for Society is a full-time three, three-year, integrated, multidisciplinary work and research program for those oriented towards significantly contributing to strategic management, innovation, sustainability, and social responsibility.
Our academically rigorous courses introduce students to the latest concepts in management research and help them develop the skills they need to carry out their research projects and manage the ongoing technological, economic, and social transformations through strong cooperation with the business world and civil society. Analyzing complex phenomena requires an essential effort of collaboration among several scientific disciplines. The multidisciplinary approach is certainly the richest and most fruitful in terms of natural and substantial understanding of the changes that characterize the contemporary context. The disciplines most involved are business economics in all its articulations – management, organization, strategy, and marketing – law and solid foundations of economics and analytical and quantitative methods.
