The University of Bologna, University of Strathclyde, Temple University and Journal of Economics & Business are pleased to announce a conference on European Finance and Banking. The conference will be hosted by Bologna Business School, University of Bologna. Submissions are invited in all areas of finance and banking, with emphasis on corporate finance, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and banking. Submissions should have a European focus and may examine either intra-European behavior or comparative behavior between Europe and non-European regions. Selected papers will be published in a 2017 special issue of the Journal of Economics and Business.

PAPER SUBMISSION PROCEDURE: Papers should be submitted to Journal of Economics & Business at http://www.journals.elsevier.com/journal-of-economics-and-business Under Article Type, select Special Issue: Bologna Conference. In the letter to the editors please indicate whether the paper is intended for the Conference and JEB special issue or for presentation only at the Conference.
The submission deadline is 20 April 2016. There is no submission fee. All papers will be refereed, and decisions on accepted papers for the conference will be communicated to authors in early July 2016.
